Rituals Recommends Retino

We are introducing a new member of the Retino family of e-shops that have decided to handle reverse logistics processes with the help of modern technology using Retino Manager. We spoke directly with the e-shop manager at Rituals, Ondřej Piskač.

Original fragrances inspired by authentic Eastern rituals like the hammam steam baths or the annual welcoming of the Sakura blossoms in Japan. These are just two examples from a long line of beautiful traditions that have inspired Rituals to embody them into unique products to enrich body and soul: from cosmetics for body and skin care, to scented candles, perfumes, and teas. All of this can be found in 15 branches throughout the Czech Republic. 

We handled returns using Excel spreadsheets, where we recorded the necessary data after a claim was reported. Therefore, there wasn't a clear overview of claims, and their resolution wasn't as fast as we would have liked. Additionally, the customer was not well-informed about the status of their claim.

The lack of clarity in claims, not just for us, but mainly for customers who frequently contacted us to check the status of their claim.
