The new legislation (amendment to the Civil Code § 1830a) comes into effect on June 19, 2026 and applies to all e-shops selling online to customers in EU countries.

The changes to the e-shop are minimal. All you need to do is insert one JavaScript code into your website page (e.g. "Returns and claims") - you can find it directly in the Retina settings. This will integrate the Retino Portal into your website, through which customers can submit a request to withdraw from the contract without leaving your website.
