About us

At Retino, we build post-purchase care software trusted by more than 2,000 online stores. Companies like 4camping, Grizly, Knihy Dobrovský, Sconto Nábytek, and many others rely on us. This area of e-commerce is technically demanding and, at the same time, critical for the shift of retail into the online world. Our products are used daily by hundreds of thousands of customers.

We're not a startup searching for direction. We have 9 years on the market behind us, steady growth, and a clear vision. We've processed over 3 million returns and cover 26% of all shipments in Czech e-commerce. We're a profitable company — runway isn't something we worry about. We've also earned the trust of investors like Jiří Hlavenka (Kiwi.com) and Martin Rozhoň (Vivantis), who invested millions of crowns into Retino at the very beginning and are still with us today.

In Central Europe, we're among the leaders, and our solution is now used by online stores in more than 20 countries. But our ambitions reach further — we want to build a product with global impact. And to do that, we're looking for people who want to be part of it.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for an Executive Assistant — a right hand for our CEO. Someone who can turn a chaotic day into order and make sure leadership can focus on what matters most strategically.

This won't be a classic secretarial role. In this position, you'll work across all areas of the company — from stocking office supplies and managing the calendar, through organizing events and external communication, to ad-hoc projects that need to get done. When leadership sets their mind on something, you'll help make it happen.

Requirements

Specifically, we'd welcome you if:

  • You have experience in an assistant role, project support, or office management — ideally in a dynamic environment (a startup, agency, or fast-paced company).
  • You're extremely organized — you know where things are, when things are happening, and what the next step is before anyone asks.
  • You enjoy handling logistics — calendars, flights, hotels, meetings, events. Where someone else sees routine, you keep the overview and handle it with ease.
  • You're meticulous about details — you know that this role lives or dies by them.
  • You use AI tools for planning, summarization, and organization, but you always verify the result.
  • You have strong communication skills — you can write a professional email to a partner as well as a short, clear message to a colleague.
  • You're discreet — you understand that access to leadership also means access to sensitive information.
  • You see things through to the end and take ownership of them.
  • You're based in Prague and have a driver's license — in this role, you'll occasionally need to be on-site or drive somewhere.
  • You speak Czech and English.

Hiring process

  • We'll get back to you within a few days of your application and have a short call by phone or video.
  • Next comes an interview with Petr (CEO).
  • We'll meet in our office in the center of Prague to make sure there's a good personal fit too.
  • If both sides feel it's a match, we shake on it.

We won't drag you through months of interviews. We make decisions quickly and take care to keep the process fair to both sides.
