INTEGRATION WITH
Upgates has an API that is compatible with Retino, therefore integration is easy and only takes a couple of minutes. Please follow the instructions below.
- Find your API login and password, which are located in Upgates Admin > Settings > Import / Export > Ostatní
- Find your URL API, which looks something like: https://PROJECT-NAME.admin.SERVER.upgates.com/api/v2
- Send API login, password and URL to us via Intercom in Retino or to support@retino.io
- Relax, we’ll do the rest
